Self Service Link Notification but no Amendment was Made

This morning I received a notification that Edwin Keith Shelburne amended his estate plan documents. This notification happens when the client has received a self service link and either completes the questionnaire for the first time or goes into amend. I went to check to see which plan he amended and found that neither appear to be amended. Please see attached. There seems to be a problem.
