In attempting to create the married separate trust for Goeman & Suedbeck when I get to the summary there is an answer that isn’t popping inside the questionnaire.
The life Estate for the spouse shows as not answered in the summary for Linda, but there was never a question during the intake for this. It shows as “not answered”, but there is not way to answer.
I had already listed the spouse as a life estate under the general life estate, but if there is a section just for the spouse I would prefer to put it there.
This option does not show up in the summary for Catherine at all.
Additionally it is saying that we should keep the name of the trust as “The Linda Goeman and Catherine Suedbeck Revocable Living Trust” but I don’t see how that makes sense since these are separate trusts with the same name, is that correct?
Thank you for the help on this.

Yes below the balance of estate and above “pets” is another spot that says life estate for spouse – not answered.

The advisor has brought to our attention, that the account for Goeman & Suedbeck - acct 53495, is offering the question of Life Estate twice. I believe this is a bug. The client has already specified the Life Estate in the Response Summary. See screenshot on the right. When you click on the section of the life estate address in the second option, screenshot on the left, to tool takes the advisor back to the original trust questions in the trust questionnaire. Instead of recreating the problem, I looked at Catherine's separate trust response summary, and she has only one Life Estate section, which is correct.
