We shouldn't show a list of inactive accounts when requesting a password reset. Currently, it gets all accounts that have the email regardless if they are active or not.

When an advisor has an inactive login in another white label or in the same white label, the forgot password link displays both the inactive and active logins in a dropdown. The advisor doesn't know which one to select to trigger the forgot password process.
Not sure if this is a bug or not but seems like we should not display the disabled login to the advisors.
