Bug- Proceed with deeds if they get refunded


(Tech Escalation - Jan & Robert Newey Deed Order Status not Changed)


When I rejected the order for Jan and Robert Newey, the tool said it's been refunded, as seen below. If the refund has been initiated, then their order needs to be sent to Rejected status. It is still in the Ordered/In Process status. The tool will not allow me to make a note or assign their account; it gives the Error message as seen below.



Joanie Westwood Can you add this to the backlog of enhancements to fix. We should be able to proceed even if the deed has already been refunded (externally through Stripe for example).
