Tech Escalation - Document Upload Error appears when No Error is present (There is a weird page that is present in some uploads)

Advisor uploaded the two signatures page for George Cotton's FPOA. The dashboard tile moved to Completed, but the advisor receive an error message, even though, I don't believe there was an error in the documents being uploaded. See attached screenshot of dashboard, error message and the actual file she attached. This is confusing advisors and causing them to call into see what the problem is and there isn't a problem.
