Tech Escalation : Shared Access issue

Hello,

I'm having trouble re-sharing access to my documents with my brother in the website. I am Acct # 54136, Kevin & Maurya Brenneman, through Raymond James.

I have already shared some of the documents with my brother once, but the link expired after 72 hours, and now he can't get back in. I also tried un-sharing with him, logging out, and then re-sharing, but I never got a new Invite box to appear.

Also, what is the use of sharing if it doesn't give him permanent access, in the case that we die and he needs to get in there?

Darleen Loch I don't think there is a way to share it again. This is most likely a bug and will need a tech escalation ticket. Let him know that once Scott creates login information, he does have permanent access to the accounts unless changed.

Hello Kevin, Once Scott creates a login, he will have permanent access to the account unless you change his status. Did he create an initial login and it just isn't working now, or did he not create a login within the 72 hour time frame? Kindly,DarleenEstate Guru

He didn’t create a login in the 72 hour timeframe, don’t think he knew he had to. What should he do now?

Jason Workman Client Kevin Brenneman, sent his brother, Scott Brenneman, an invite link to share documents with him. His brother did not create a login within the 72 hours and the link expired. The client would like to send his brother another invite link so he can access the account. Is there a way to make that happen for the client?

Just FYI, my brother did find a login for the site, but probably a good idea to let users resend one anyway.

Also, I’d like to request that you allow users to upload a new deed ourselves that reflects the trust (which I’ve done), and show that task as completed now. My brother can’t see the deed while the task is incomplete.
