Notification Emails - "Prevent client from proceeding..."

Advisor Russ Kefauver chatted in the morning of 9/5/24 about the number of email notifications he was receiving for a client that was filling out their trust/POA information. He would prefer to get fewer emails (one when trust/POAs are completed) as opposed multiple emails for each individual section being completed. And if possible, a follow up email every few days if the advisor has yet to "review" and complete the account.

Allison Shaw Do you know which emails he are getting? We aren't supposed to be sending out this many emails.
