Tech Escalation : Hold Removed, Docs to Print List Late

This was a plus appointment, so I was the advisor. I had placed the plan on hold because of a question on her county, but when that was resolved on 6/20/24 I removed the hold. The plan didn't show up on the print/ship list until today 7/2/24 when I was notified by the tool that it was shipping. This seems to be a bug because I would have thought the hold would have caused it to move onto the print ship list sooner.
