Tech Escalation : Fee for switching from MJT to ST or ST to MJT

Did a dummy plan #69952 in my.estateguru.com (used a 1 time promo code) for a ST then I did Reassess My Needs to flip it it a MJT.  It is charging me $199.  I don't have confidence in telling an advisor that it will be $199 if he does this for a client now and then revises it in 6 months when the guy gets married.  I have seen $699 for a switch from ST to MJT (ex: Amanda Williams #53468) going from MJT to ST in less than a year, so wanting to set correct expectations.
