We need to track this bug. I believe it was caused by having either a dead spouse or an ex spouse. Either way, we were trying to include all of the old documents for the spouse (Brandy), but they didn't exist. The owner ID for all of the POAs was sent to null since this was no longer a valid person. I pushed out a quick fix in that I made sure the ownerId is valid before attempting to add them to the comprehensive bundle. So it's not a huge need to get this fixed, but we really need to decide what happens on the marital status and new spouse changes that happen after reassess my needs.
